Joy Reset Retreat:
WHAT MATTERS MOST
When: Friday 5/1/26 - Sunday 5/3/26
Where: a gorgeous private home in Falmouth, MA (see it here!)
What: beach walks, yoga, space for curiosity and creativity, insights and reflections, time for YOU, and so much more!

When I ask you, "what matters most?" what's the first answer that comes into your mind?

Family, friends, community.
Success, material wealth, leaving a legacy.
Happiness, health, home. Safety, stability.
Kindness, communication, trust.
Hope. Truth. Love.
The thing is that each of these, along with many other aspects of life, does matter. The answer is as unique to each of us as our thumbprint and can change by the day or the hour, depending on what we're doing in the moment.
And yet, underneath all of these, is the real heart of it all: YOU.
In the story of your life, whether you walk the path alone or are surrounded by nearests and dearests, YOU are what matters most. Without you, your story literally can not be written, your path can not be walked, your purpose can not be met. So how are you showing up for yourself these days?
This goes beyond any self care trends, any wellness fads.
I know you want to show up in your life, for your people, your causes, for all you really care about.
You can truly only show up for others as deeply as you show up for yourself.
This Joy Reset retreat gives you time and space to reconnect with yourself as the main character, not as a side player or stage hand. It's an opportunity for you to get crystal clear on what matters most to you, to hone your vision of what you want your life to look like - not what others think it should be, not the opinions of people who aren't walking in your shoes. This is an invitation for you to choose yourself, boldly and unapologetically.
And as you remember what it feels like to choose yourself again, to nurture your heart and soul, you’ll see that you will always be able to welcome yourself home.

This Joy Reset retreat is about:
-
moving in ways that help you tune in to your body, your own container
-
rebuilding trust and connection between your mind, heart, and inner knowing
-
creating a safe container to gently and honestly ask yourself, "what do I need?"
-
quieting that inner critic so you can listen and honor yourself
-
experimenting with a variety of practices to learn what feels best for you

It may be uncomfortable. And that is okay.
You will be safe, you will be seen, and you will be heard.
We’ll learn to embrace all of these pieces and integrate them to create a beautiful symphony that is you. You know there is another way to live because we see people doing it, every day.
If you're ready to become more of who you are truly here to be, this retreat is for you.

Taking care of ourselves fully allows us to show up for others in all the ways we want to. Self-care is an act of devotion, nurturance, and love. When you can welcome yourself home again and again, you rebuild a sense of trust within. When you nurture yourself, you begin to recognize that choosing yourself is essential if you truly wish to show up in the ways you want to for everyone and everything else in your life - for what matters most to you.
What is best for you is truly what is best for everyone!

We’ve concentrated this into a weekend to give you as much depth as possible so you feel safe, protected, dearly held, and deeply loved in our work together. Please say more about the yoga class - I’ve never done it before. Our yoga teacher, Denne Ziegler, has over 10 years of experience in instructing people from beginner to advanced levels of practice. The classes at our retreat are opportunities to move your body and open yourself up to the work being offered over the weekend. The poses are tailored to the group and the practices are curated specifically for our retreat.
I’m not flexible. Denne will provide modifications and brief demonstrations of alternate movements as needed.
What if I have physical limitations? It is strongly recommended that you check in with your medical professional (doctor, PT, etc) to identify what will be best for you. We do not give medical advice. Please be sure to practice within your own ability level at all times.

This isn’t for you if:
-
You want the trick and aren’t ready to create the magic. If the idea of creating magic gives you butterflies, you’re in the right place!
-
You’re a skeptic hoping that someone will try to persuade you so that you can resist. We welcome all personal perspectives and opinions; we require kindness and respect.
-
Your idea of a relaxing weekend includes day drinking, shopping, and a party scene - zero judgment, this is simply not that environment.
